{a recipe for daily nourishment}
everyday we have a somewhat plain vegetable stirfry with steamed pumpkin. basically grated zuchinni, carrot, beetroot, turnip, parsnip, with some choped onions or leek, thrown in with some beans or broad beans{my favourite}add some bokchoy & cauliflower or brocolli & maybe a few herbs.
the onion & white vegetables go in first with a drizzle of olive oil, stiring until opaque, then add the leafy greens, stiring until limp, then the rest of the veges. once everything has been cooked for a good 5 minutes, add a cup of water & let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or so...
